Package A includes:

• Granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms c/w undermount sinks
• Baseboard upgraded to 5" high
• Jetted tub in place of standard tub
• Engineered hardwood in living room and dining room in lieu of carpet
• Wall mount natural gas fireplace

Package B includes:

• Everything included in Package A, plus:
• Under cabinet lighting in kitchen area
• Conduit to roof for future satellite TV
• Upgraded cabinetry
• Ceramic tile flooring changed to slate tile in kitchen and bathrooms
• Ceramic tile backsplash in kitchen
• Wall mount fireplace changed to three sided fireplace
• Garborator at kitchen sink
• Rough in for central vacuum, vacuum by owner
• Knockdown ceiling texture
• Crown molding in living room, dining room and master bedroom
